I don’t come here as regularly as I should but it’s a solid choice to visit while visiting The Strand either for takeaway or dine in. The coffee is delicious and there are lots of great items to choose from on the menu but good can be hit and miss. It’s really great they have tables to accomodate dogs too if you want to dine in. Four ystars as the decor needs a little refreshing but it’s all about the location!

This place is NOT dog friendly. I went in to order takeaway with my small dog. A nice waiter told me I could leave him in one of 2 places under the awning while I ordered, which I did.

We went to this cafe this morning with our family, and unfortunately our experience was not as great as the other few times we have been. First of all they sat us on a table that had water on the chairs but didn’t want us to move the it forward to escape the rain or change tables, I have a 7 month old and they didn’t allow me to have him in the pram next to me because it was in their walk way, it was cold for us let alone my son. The older waitress was actually super rude but the food was great which is a plus. My partners grandparents asked for plain pancakes and got a batter that was supposedly blueberry mixed batter but it looked like green mould, lucky she wasn’t allergic to blueberries! Not sure if we will come back solely because of that very rude waitress

This restaurant has got a unique style for Australia but typical Greek one. We looked for the pancake places in Townsville online and we found this place. The pancakes were exactly as shown on the website. We had a nice lunch there and we definitely recommend this place for the unique atmosphere, big menu, tasty food, great service and coffee of course!
