This restaurant would have to be the worst Chinese restaurant I have ever been to. The food was extremely old and had gone off. The tofu was sour and the vegetables were rotten and over cooked. The duck was heavily preserved and fatty and made us all very unwell. Both my family and I had severe food poisoning from this restaurant and recommend that no one should come here. They also charge $3.50 for about a table spoon of tasteless rice and $1.00 for a cup of hot water from the tap. The prices of the meals for the quality is absolutely appalling. The customer service is very poor and we waited a long time for them to take our order even when there were only a couple of other tables occupied.

The food was clearly pre made and heated in microwaves (no sound of clashing woks coming from the kitchen). The fried rice used crappy ham instead of traditional char seiu pork, and a sprinkling of egg – nothing else! The spring rolls were almost hollow! The BBQ pork dish ordered contained pork that looked to be months old. Very disappointed. I hope that I wake tomorrow without suffering food poisoning.

Best Chinese food, would rate it better than home (Melbourne). My son is Coeliac and the staff were exceptional in making sure he was looked after. Service was second to none. Would highly recommend this restaurant.

Fried rice wasn’t fried very well more like boiled a few tinned prawns and raw bacon. Chicken chow mein tasted like chicken chow shxt. Mongolian lamb ok

Look out for Cadman’s cottage opposite the Overseas Cruise terminal, as a reminder of how this place started. Visit the museum of contemporary art on Circular quay or just walk around, listen to the buskers and watch the view. Take to the water for harbour cruises and sail past the Opera House or under the coat hanger (Harbour Bridge). Sunday yacht racing sprinkles the harbour with sails. If you leave Sydney by sea, look back to watch the gap closing at the mouth of the harbour and think back to how those ‘first’ explorers must have felt on discovering such a natural beauty.
