Wow I use to love this place. But I ordered sweet and sour chicken. Never again. The sauce was soaked in the rice and it had no flavour at all. The smell of tomato mixed with pork blood when it’s a chicken dish I couldn’t even take a bite.

Looked at noodle city website said it was open tried to phone an order in no luck left a message no response actually got to Ipswich & walked down to visit the shop in person & it was closed , very poor effort noodle city . Try harder & update your website with accurate business hours please

Went there to order stood in front of the counter to be told they were closed. The sign on the door said open & the times said 11am. They told me 1130. Went back 1133 stood there till 1150 still not open. So no idea what the food is like. Easier to go without. Shame was looking forward to some noodles. Hope the food is good. Cause the service is terrible

Lovely food, I’ve only ever had take away from Noodle City, and it has always been very tasty and a generous serve. I usually have the Brisket Noodles and Honey Chicken as these are my family favourites. The service is always quick too.

A colleague and I ordered a Mongolian beef with noodle each. Once served the bowl consisted of mainly noodles 90% a few pieces of beef and some broccoli and cauliflower. The beef was boring and had no flavour, the whole dish was awe full and tasted nothing like Mongolian beef should. I point to the picture on the wall to the lady to say it doesn’t even look the same.

Sorry but the food is feral. Got 2 dishes today and they have no flavour, honey chicken tastes like pork and the pad Thai was not a pad Thai it was like a laksa. Both dishes have hardly any protein or vegetables. The fried rice is like gluggy glue, the customer service is pretty poor too no greeting or thanks. Won’t be back
