I had dinner here for the first time and I loved it. I got the satay chicken and honey soy chicken noodles, and they were very flavoursome. The manager who worked there was quite friendly and the young girl who works there was very good at taking orders. The atmosphere of the restaurant was lively and clean. 5 stars would recommend and will eat here again.

Ordered a big bowl, with extra chicken and extra sauce, received a regular box with no sauce at all. Called up, they asked us to bring the food back and they would remake it, when we arrived at the store, the service was poor – no apology for what happened, they re-cooked the same food and added sauce.

I made an order for delivery and the food was inedible. We’ve ordered from Noodle Box at Beenleigh without an issue, requesting medium chilli etc, but whoever made our order at Waterford West was careless. The food was EXTREMELY hot and the chilli was all you could taste. We went to the store to complain. Manager was rude, refused to taste it and kept repeating herself, “You shouldn’t have ordered hot food.”

My last experience was discussing but I thought maybe things have changed. But no didn’t even bother to order as I was ignoerd whilst waiting to be served. The shop was extremely dirty and the young girl preping the food put a bowl of noodles on the bench and called the cook half the noodles were all over the bench. It was a great place once.
