Not even worth a star! My wife ordered Chicken Black-bean which is supposed to have with carrot, bean shoots, broccoli & capsicum. Her meal was noodles, sauce and cabbage so very disappointing.

Added extra prawns to my meal witch wasnt meant to be spicy, had 2 prawns in my entire meal and my food is that spicy hot that i cant even eat it anymore. I’m only Australian I’m not built for this level of spicy, I’m hungry buy now my eyes are watering and my nose is running and I can no longer eat nor probably taste anyting ever again. I’m not sure if I’m being trolled by noodlebox or the cost of prawns has gone through the roof that exponentially that you now get 1 prawn per dollar spent and they throw in free extra hot spice to make you forget about the prawns that you can no longer taste anyway because everything tastes like fire

Usually really good, perfect balance of meat, veg, and noodles/rice and heaps of sauce but last time it was way overcooked, hardly any sauce, chicken and meat in all dishes was tough and dry and cold, coating was hard overdone rice, nothing was good. Only ate so as not to waste money. I’ll give it another go as it’s a favourite so this was disappointing. It was Xmas eve so I’m not sure if that was a reason why it wasn’t up to their usual yummy standard.

Just wondering when you guys buy 2 minute noodles from Fresh and Save do you use that for your thin noodles cause what I witnessed twice and you should be ashamed. If I see this has been removed I will repost everytime you do.

cross contamination with ingredients is something to look out for when serving people that may have dietary restrictions by choice or due to allergies and intolerances. found some veggies and bits of meat in my meal that definitely were not supposed to be in there. i understand that to a certain degree perfect avoidance of cross-contamination is probably impossible but I’d like to avoid having bits of someone else’s order in my food, please. I don’t think that’s too much to ask.
