I take away often from here but was disappointed with my food tonight. No cashews and probably left out half the veggies I asked for in my “build your own” dinner. I had asked for the hot and Spivey sauce but it was neither hot nor spicy. Standards drop when they do not have enough staff to cater to increased orders and customers. If we refused to pay for substandard food would they agree? Not happy

Just came and bought 2 honey soy chicken and 4 spring rolls… very unhappy with the noodles as there is next to no honey soy on the noodles making them very dry and uneatable. Also the sweet chilli we got for the spring rolls looked out of date and also given an empty pc container ‍♀️

Spent $47 in the store. Stimpulated that i wanted my chinese combination MILD. Got home took a bite and the whole family spat out the dish due ro the amount of chilli in the dish.. rang the store and was informed they would not do a refund or redo the dish without chilli and that it was on us! Like seriously! A dish that does not state it even has chilli in it on the menu. Far from impressed and Definitely wont be eating here ever again

Staff can’t hear you order cause they have airpods in. When I said it was the wrong item they argued and said no it’s correct. They gave me the totally wrong order. You need to educate your staff better and make sure they know the menu also. So disappointing when the place used to be good. Not sure we will buy from here again and we would normally order once a week

I asked for less carb box. More chicken and veg, less noodles. Usually pay a bit extra. It had more noodles and about 3 pieces of chicken. Won’t go back

We online ordered an hour before we wanted to pick it up and we still had to wait 20 minutes at the place for them to make our food. Then when it was ready they didn’t tell us and it sat there until we came to ask again if our order was ready.
