I ordered from the kitchen “Tonkatsu Don”. Cooked fresh and full of flavour. They were busy, however their customer service was prompt and efficient. I’ve eaten here a few times and always prefer to order from kitchen.

I’ve eaten here a few times before, and it has been OK. But the very last time I got sushi from the counter at the end of the day. To my disappointment the salmon sushi was off, couldn’t eat it. Next day I wanted to let them know about it all but was not approached well enough, no apologies either.

Despite the seemingly unanimous poor reviews, I believe it is worth giving a go, especially their end of day sales. Cheap price, nice food. Staff have been friendly towards me whenever I have interacted with them. I have eaten from their quite a few times now, haven’t been disappointed yet.

I got diarrhoea straight when I nearly finished their dishes. I believe the foods are stored for days to make this. I sometimes have left over foods at home after 2 or 3 days but no issue.

The worse experience I have ever received from a place. She had the worse altitude and could not bother to explain that you could get a side. They literally throw money back at me when I asked to include a side and just walked away. Totally shocked!! Gave them back their food and walked away. Don’t bother their are better food elsewhere.

Typical take away grade. I would avoid. The food is basically tasteless. Battered chicken is not crispy at all. It doesn’t even taste remotely Japanese. For the price you could do much better in the food court.
