Very very very average food. People who don’t know what decent food is will review this place as good but I’m telling you it’s very very aaaverage. Bread was tasteless, no butter no garlic flavour. Curry was cheap packet mixed with cream and water which was very bland

I really enjoy the kebabs and currys from this nargis and also the other locations as well with just the occasional exception when the currys meat is sometimes tuff . I am a bit suss on the food ingredients at all location being delivered to the shops in the unrefridgerated boot of a car instead of a proper food distributor , but I take the gamble and take my chances , so far so good.

Everytime I have tried to order food from here they’re closed, says open at 10:30 but the don’t open the doors until 10:45. Takes another 15 minutes for them to get prepared. Everything should be ready to go at 10:30 when the doors say the open. Would rather travel to Bateau Bay to get a snack pack from Kols Kebabs. Disgraceful service

This place used to be great but it seems the curries have been watered down now. Basically didn’t have much taste and was full of watery flavorless curry. I have eaten from nargis many delicious times and the last few have been terrible. This was from the lake Munmorah store. I won’t be returning now.

This place is terrible never order from here, we ordered two snack packs and the server didn’t write down our orders then proceeded to get them wrong. We politely asked if we could have one of them be remade as I’m allergic to chilli and they refused too unless we paid for a new one! It’s ridiculous how rude they were and acted like they didn’t do anything wrong! This isn’t the first time they’ve made mistakes on orders but they really don’t seem to care.

This place has terrible hygiene. I’ve seen the workers touch the fresh salad and cheese with bare hands, no gloves and no handwashing. Today I saw the workers getting more lettuce from the car and dropped it all onto the carpark ground, quickly picked it back up and back into the box with the rest of the lettuce. Disgusting food safety practices here, terrible customer service, won’t be eating here again.

I used to love this place but not now. I Had lamb rogan josh last night for dinner the lamb was tough and tasteless well going down it was, coming back up however It tasted a little better. Great way to spent the night waking up with a mouth full of curry flavoured vomit.
