Bit disappointed tonight. Normally it’s a great feed. But tonight they were busy and chips tasted a bit like old oil and the potato scallops were greasy. Grilled Barra was nice but on the small side. Calamari was lovely like usual. In reading the reviews it’s a shame to see the negative feedback lately. Took about 10 minutes to get through by phone. Just rings and rings.

Terrible customer service. They dont care enough to answer their phone, but are quick enough to react to the ubet eats orders coming through. Been bad for months now but today was the worst. Wouldnt answer the phone so when we went there to place the order and wait, the young staff members were chatting and just hanging up the phone when it was ringing. Another customer there was complaining about the same thing and mentioned she had spoken to the manager on previous occasions about it. Clearly it fell on deaf ears. They need to employ some people who are happy to work there. Food is very mediocre.

Rang up and the lady on the phone was rude, I was charged $50 which is extremely ridiculous for what I got. I asked for chicken salt and received none and there was my sauce missing from my loaded, was very dry. The nuggets were also undercooked,I haven’t ordered from them in a while and I now remember why.

Ordered fish & chips on the weekend and 2 burgers. We got there to pick the order up and the burgers were being made When they were ready they gave us our fish & chips that was sitting on the bench for 15 minutes! When asked why that was , got attitude and she said “ do you want me to see if they’re hot!”

Clean your oil. Put some bi carb in your batter it’s like leather. Fish had lumps of burnt crud stuck to it and smelled like dirty engine oil . Took back and got my money back. Read your reviews as you have a big problem and the suburbs people all know and say that your the worst fish and chips shop in Brisbane. Tried once a while ago and it was awful thought I would give another go but found it even worse. Leave and hopefully some one who knows how to cook fish and chips comes in. On behalf of the people of Narangba pick up your act or give up.

Whilst waiting for my order 2x seperate customers came in to ask how long the wait time would be and a man rudely snapped back “you should have called up and ordered”. Very unprofessional when they were just asking a simple genuine question. I myself waited 35-40 mins so it’s not like they were being impatient or unreasonable. Food and pricing is average.

Ordered chip and nuggets asked very nicely for chips to cooked properly as last time they were a little under cooked the lady got very angry and said if you wanted it cooked more you need to ask for well done I said ok would you be able to well done this time please and she said ok I got the chips they were more under cooked then last time and the nuggets weren’t cooked al way though we throw the food out!! GO ELSE WHERE !!! serious health risk!! I’m not one to normally post reviews
