What happened to this store? Ordered online. Said order was ready roughly 7pm. Got there 6.50 happy to hang around. Got asked by what looked like store manager what I was after, told him I was waiting for my online order. Got asked by the girl working there too which was great I thought. Was told only 5 minutes away – 35 mins later, they started bagging my order and I realised the chips and other ‘sides’ I ordered that they put in my bag were actually sitting under the heat lamps for way over 20 mins !!! Got my 2 bags and I asked about my drinks – was told drinks are in the bag – only to find my drinks sat on the bottom of the paper bags under the food! Got home and found order was incorrect – where I ordered a mild base, was given hot. I ordered large peri chips- chips were small – half filled and peri seasoning was on several of the COLD shrivelled chips and others were coated with nothing. Used to be a regular here but honestly NOT going there again. Will chose Caroline Springs over this store any day.

Can’t go wrong with Nando’s! This location features a bright, contemporary, sun lit seated area. The food was well cooked & seasoned, and the staff friendly and quick to whip up your order. Location is a bit strange, but makes up for it with its outdoor seating.

I don’t even have words for how poorly this place operates. I ordered at 7:00pm for delivery to my house which is mind you a 4 minute drive from this Nando’s. Expected delivery time was 7:49pm. At 7:30pm I checked the order and driver was at the restaurant. At 7:49pm Nando’s cancelled my order. I tried calling 10 times but just got told they were too busy to answer the call by an automated message.

Order pickup is very late. Casual attitude of staff towards waiting times. Manager also doesn’t care. Time is important specially when someone has ordered online and paid upfront. Order cancellation js also not straight forward. Cannot order or cancel over phone, have to go through mobile app which is not very user friendly.
