They appeared to be a bit stretched for staff. 30 min wait for food. Had to chase them up to get drinks. No table water. Didn’t get a dish that was ordered and to get a refund you have to contact the central office, nothing they can do in the restaurant. Food was very average.

Literally the poorest service I’ve encountered in a while. I’m aware that Nando’s isn’t nor strives to be silver service but Christ, this was borderline no service. On arrival we were waiting for at least 15 minutes before deciding to gather menus and seat ourselves regardless of the wait to be seated sign. We also just used the app to order the food as chances of flagging one of these guys down was clearly slim.

Every single time I order via Uber Eats the order is incorrect or items are missing. So I started coming in to the store to pick up after ordering via the Nando’s app – the orders are still being wrong (got three extra items that belonged to someone else’s order and other one were missing). We usually order for around $90 for two people and EVERY SINGLE time (the last ten orders) it’s incorrect. I brought it up with the store staff member/manager and didn’t even hear sorry. The store always looks busy and understaffed. Probably the worst Nando’s experience since moving from Brisbane. Their online customer support wasn’t helpful either.

The worst nandos in Australia. You’ll line up to be served, they’ll see that you’re standing there but wouldn’t acknowledge you. Piss poor service. I stood there with my wife for about 10 minutes and decided I will not be supporting a business that can’t even say “hey, we’ll be with you in a sec”. No eye contact, nothing. Mind you there was no queue.
