Asked for the chicken to be cooked well done because the last time we ate here the chicken was still pink. It’s happened again. There was blood in my chicken, I had to eat around it. Considered getting it replaced but the restaurant was packed.

I recently visited Blacktown Nando’s and unfortunately, my experience was not great. While the restaurant itself was clean and the service was friendly, I found the chicken to be quite slimy and unpleasant to eat. It was disappointing as I’ve had good experiences with Nando’s in the past.

Loved coming here in the past, but man has this place gone to the dogs. The service is pathetic, waited ages for a whole chicken and none of the tables are getting cleared. The bathrooms has not been tended too for what appears to be the whole day if not longer.

Greeted by a friendly team member who let us choose which table we preferred. We ordered our food by scanning the QR code on our table and the food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. My table all chose to order the double cheese and bacon burgers and we all felt the size of the chicken fillets used on these burgers was inadequate in size. 1/3 of my burger was just bun. Let’s not get skimpy Nando’s, as you’re food is already a bit pricey for what is delivered.
