We are a family run business and that pride in what we do. From making our own amazing burgers, wraps and some mouth-watering morning breakfast which is just the start. Our product is delicious and fresh like you remember when you where growing up. From the point you step into our shop, we like to just have you blown away with things that make you say – Oh yeah! I spent $24 on $8 chips, 4 potato scallops and 1 large gravey. Chips were inedible, potato scallops undercooked and gravey was gelatin consistency and stone cold. Very disappointing and will not return.

Always great food, the owner is such a great guy. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because when we ordered the works burger we asked for no egg because my partner is allergic to them and the young boy that served and made our meal put an egg in. Other than that, this place is great, we still go there and my partner and his work colleagues go there every 2nd day to get their lunch.

Oh.my.goodness. Shocked to see this place has ANY low ratings! We just ordered a Mexicana wrap with chips a bacon eggs Benny with a hash brown. Food is AMAZING! We did order this on door dash so not sure about the atmosphere there, but the food was made quickly and so bloody yummy. Will 100% be ordering from here again!

Too many times have ordered over the phone lately and we don’t get the right order. Chips were covered in chicken salt (asked for plain salt). I asked for fish to be separate and instead it was in with the chips and chicken schnitzel was separate. Hubby now will need to eat all the chips as he’s the only one who likes fish. There was more red onion in my burger than lettuce. Very sad, we have supported Munch since it opened but now very sloppy.

I am assuming that the ownership has changed hands. Munch has been our go to for great Fish and Chips since we moved to North Lakes 12 years ago, however have been twice recently (today being the 2bd time) and likely won’t be back.

The man that served me had great service skills and so did the chef who handed us the food , I was shocked at how fast we got the food and after opening it and trying it you can tell it was rushed , sausages are squishy and barely cooked , toast is just buttered bread that’s barely even toasted. bacon is about the same standard as McDonald’s bacon if not worse and after typing this my partner found something rock hard in her burger that looks and feels like a tooth? Thoroughly disappointed with the decline of this restaurant considering the prices have gone up ,strongly recommend you don’t disappoint yourself. It’s a Shame too see such a staple of the Northlakes community become this way.

Unfortunately the food here has been progressively worse over the last few months and tonight’s meal was the worst and our last sadly. The quality of the chips has dropped significantly, and tonight’s were also undercooked. Other items were ok, nothing great though.

$40 for burger, chips and fish. Threw most of the chips out, partner said burger was okay, my fish was tiny and super dry and paper thin. I ended up in tears, angry, hungry and what a waste of my money. We are locals but never again! Lost our business. Needs more staff than just 1 person in the shop cooking.
