On Monday 23rd 2023, My son and I and my mother were served by the most rude staff I have ever met she spoke to us rudely, while taking our orders and speaking to us very disrespectful especially with my son who has a disability and then also to my mother telling her no I am taking the orders together and then doing the payments, I have never been served like that before at this muffin break before I wouldn’t come back here again I find that the one out at Coffs Harbour plaza is much better and has more better service and polite staff.

Friendly staff. Ordered ham, cheese and tomato toasted sandwich. Firstly missed the tomato but the sandwich was the thinnest, most pressed thing I had ever seen. Cheese was non existent. No seasoning. Photos do it justice.

They’re pretty good with their coffee and their muffins are top notch but I’ve had a particular experience of getting toasties to the point of specifically saying “ham and cheese toasty, with no tomato”. Three different times I’ve said it and without fail they put tomato on it.

Cute small Coffee tea muffins place perfect for a quick break time. Shopkeeper reminded me scans QR code. I sat down tea and muffin came very soon. I enjoyed my tea a short break time feeling totally recharged,refreshing. When I leave keep shopping on, I thought I should take more time not rushing.
