Nice restaurant, great location. Service was okay. Spring Rolls entree was great. Pad See Ew special was fantastic, this should be a permanent menu item. Kway Teo was a bit of buyers regret, I was looking forward to it but was way too strong on the ginger in the gravy. Overall good experience and should be back one day.

Dined out with the mrs and unfortunately we were quite disappointed, ordered the crab/pork rolls for entree and they were only just ok, then ordered the beef brisket and Mee Goreng dishes for mains. The beef brisket in broth was really tasteless and we couldn’t finish the Mee Goreng dish due to it being lathered in chilli’s and extremely hot(no warning on menu of being hot). Manager wasn’t very good about it when told about it either.

Went here for dinner with some family member’s and the food was Beautiful. A bit spice for our companions bit they did enjoy the flavours. I had egg plant, it was fresh, hot, crisp, and absolutely delicious. For anyone who loves eggplant and if you’re not sure about egg plant I recomend you try it too.

We had a bit of a laugh reading some of the reviews before we went to Mr Good Guy. For example, the woman that ordered the Hainanese Chicken then complained when that’s what came out… However, I digress.

Food was very fresh. My husband ordered the grilled chicken and lemongrass bowl. The chicken came out beautifully. We also ordered the wok fried greens, and a side of steamed rice which compliments the bowl wonderfully.

Our waitress gave absolutely excellent service, she was flexible to the needs of our table and even broke the rules for us. It made our night enjoyable and we could relax and enjoy without individuals different tastes in the group affecting the night. The food was tasty but i was dissapointed that i wasnt as mind blowing as the food at the Hobart Mr. good Guy. The curry lamb had an odd taste and the spring rolls also. Otherwise a terrific night
