Incredibly large selection of foods. Fantastic hot chocolate. Plenty of sitting inside and outside. There is also a very nice bar area and gift shop. Accessible even if you do not ski, just take the lift up and back down.

Rude managers. Although I understand why it costs $15 on hot dog and $12 on a drink at the bar in their location, they wouldn’t give me a glass of water because they would have to clean the glass. Not the first time I’ve had horrible service from there. Never going again

Very unprofessional service. Asked for a tempura chicken burger and was quickly hurried away to the other side of the bistro to wait for the food. When the food arrived we noticed it was not the burger we asked for. The burger we were given had bacon on it which I am unable to eat. So I tried to rationally ask the staff for the burger that I had ordered to which I was told to stand in a corner and was confronted by the manager who told me that it was our mistake and she is confident her staff would have asked if we wanted bacon ? She then snatched the plate out of my hand and told me I could leave if I wanted ? Extremely unprofessional and rude, no way to talk to a customer or person.

Beautiful food and hearty food. Ski resort pricing does apply. This place has a nice deck to sit outside and enjoy the view. Very warm and cozy inside for less then optimal weather days. Thr chocolates are decandent!!! To avoid the crowds try slightly off peak times.

The lady that runs the kitchen is a rude cow. I was standing in line when she asked what I would like, I replied with the pumpkin salad. By the time I asked for the next thing she was busy telling other people what to do and walked away. When she returned I asked for a wrap and had the same problem with her talking to other staff. For the third time she had a go at me because I did not order the three items all together? I tried but she was to interested in telling everyone else what to do instead of surviving the customer. Me. I waited 3 times longer than I should of.

Incredibly rude staff. Manager accused me of stealing a bottle of water after we tried to refill the bottle that we had just bought and drank outside. Tried to explain the misunderstanding in a rational way and was told not to come back. That’s fine, we won’t.
