Spent $105 and am very satisfied. The free range chicken is roasted perfectly and is juicy and fresh. I tried the chicken Parma which had a very generous amount of sauce and cheese and was delicious. The chips are crispy and so yummy, you will not get enough of it. The chicken avocado salad is a must try! Overall, great experience and will definitely be ordering again.

Ok so I came across this place of choice as a recommendation and thought that I would give them a try. So I have had all three and I would have to say firstly the staff member who helped me was very polite and was happy to help. The store was well presented inside and out. For the food I got from the menu was a Chicken Parma with one salad and was given the option to change the chips for another hot side serve. So here is what I have to say about the food firstly the Creamy Garlic Potato bake was different to say the least I honestly cannot put a fault on it at all it was so delicious it had the right amount of garlic and the right creamy consistency the potato was cooked to perfection. Secondly the chicken and avocado well they are very generous with the amount of avocado they give you and the chicken peices oh my Lanta they were very nice sized pieces of chicken and it was so delicious. Last but not least the parma lest just say you won’t fit your sides on the same plate still juicy and very evenly crumbed the sauce base they use was a very different touch which made it just a little different the only thing that knocks it just that little is that it had a little to much salt and that’s it apart from that it was a very nice meal.

I was very apprehensive going here with the reviews for the new owner. But I can assure you the food was fresh and hot. Place was clean and the poor man was working by himself and still managed to get 8 fresh meals to us in a reasonable time. Thank you, we will be back again.

Service was quick and worker was friendly -/ asked for chips and gravy. I like the salt and gravy more than the old owners, extra flavor which is nice ! I would recommend gravy on the side as there was too much on my chips and they went very soggy. I will be back tho 🙂

Would not recommend eating here or working here, chicken doesn’t get cooked properly, the place smells and is really unhygienic. Staff are underpaid and leaves it untill the last minute to ask you to come work. He did hire me and I worked several shifts before I quit because the low pay and unhygienic.

Haven’t been to any chicken and chips shops around here and decided to give Melton Chicken Stop a go for lunch. So happy I made that choice, the chicken was great, not dry. Chips were fresh and tasty, will defs come back!
