I never get my order correct Every time I do drive through. Today I ordered 2 kids cheese burger happy meals with strawberry thick shake, they serve me with bacon and chocolate thick shake. Don’t know why they can’t get the order correct. It is very disappointing.

Heard the F bomb from the kitchen multiple times while eating with my 5 year old. When bringing frozen goods – like French fries – from cold storage, employees just kicked it across the dirty floor while laughing and yelling to the kitchen staff. Half the tables were unclean and full of rubbish. What a dive this place has become.

I know that is just McDonald’s and they are all the same, but on one Saturday night while staying in Woy Woy I was starving, so I walked up to the nearest Maccas. It was 10pm and so busy that I had to wait an hour for my food. Not complaining, just pointing out that it gets busy at this hour.

Just brought a large big Mac meal…. Got home to find no pickels or Mac sause on the burger!!!! Don’t want a free bee just want management to get some sort of quality control happening because it will end up in a law suit for putting a raw paddy on a burger…. It’s not cheap food…. I can find way cheaper/better food it is only convenient…. PLEASE get your quality control in order before you make someone very sick!!!!

me & my siblings are IN RAGE about THE ABSOLUTE DISGUST at this place. i swear all the employees have stage 10 cancer due to the, NOT ONE, NOT TWO, but MILLIONS of BLONDE hair from white teenagers. we drove through the drive thru & the employee threw the food into our car window, LIKE THEY WERE FEEDING PIGS. no manners whatsoever, NOT ONLY did they not look at us, THEY DIDN’T EVEN LOOK IN OUR DIRECTION. i felt like i was witnessing the BIG BANG staring through the window at what the employees were doing. good night and goodbye.
