My toastie was cold and had hardly been toasted. The cut in it went through the top slice of bread only. Waited for 10 minutes and I suspect my food and drink were waiting that whole time too since it was cold. Service was ok at checkout.

Food was nice but they need to be trained in service. We waited close to 5minutes to be served/or “I’ll be with you soon” acknowledgement. (even though there was only one person before us that had been served already). When we were served, we were greeted with “do you want to order something?”….with a tone as if we may have wanted something other to eat or drink something . There were at least three people on staff.
