Ordered a soft serve with a flake which cost extra money but they gave a chocolate flavoured soft serve with no flake. Also took 20 minutes for 3 soft serves. Soft serves had holes in them making it look like a donut. Terrible experience. Do not recommend.

Just went to get a dirty chai from the drive-thru and I realised it wasn’t a dirty chai and I let Alicia the McDonalds worker know it didn’t seem like it was a dirty chai and she kindly made another one and when she came back she asked me to taste it to make sure it was to my liking which it was but honestly she was absolutely so nice and understanding about the mistake! For the past month I have been trying to order a soft serve an also on some days a milkshake each time i go through drive thru they never have it available due to their machine ? Also they never know when the machine will be fixed .. and I know Macca’s has the best tasting milkshakes!
