Terrible service. Ordered 2 meals and waited over 45mins for everything to come out. Order was sent out in bits and there was a 15min wait in between them. Let’s not forget this is a “fast food restaurant”.

I went here in the morning and the drive thru was closed for what I’m assuming is no good reason, the staff are rude and snarky and refused to use the real eftpos machine, insisting I use the one attached to the wall and I have pulled a muscle. When the drive thru is closed the only valid reason is a death, if this happens again I will give you a valid reason.

So, after ordering dinner a few days ago and it being cancelled after waiting an hour. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried to order a meal for my mum and I tonight through menulog, not only were we waiting over an hour (the store is a 3 min drive away), but half our order was wrong and the food we did get was cold. We ordered 4 small chips NONE arrived. Called the restaurant and they put the blame on menulog and said they can’t rectify it (what’s so hard about sending the right food out?) Absolutely appalling service. As the restaurant you’re in charge of making sure you make and send the correct food out, yet you can’t even do the bare minimum. Should be ashamed honestly, the workers here need more training, they screw up more orders than they get right.

Dear Ubereats customers, please avoid ordering in this store. They treated drivers like non-existent. And drivers can simply wait for 20min just for a $6 order. Please be kind and understandable. The management of McDonalds Malvern Springs is totally a disaster. They don’t know how to prioritise orders AT ALL. Hopefully more drivers could speak up by posting through channels.

I’m a shift worker and sometimes like to grab a bite to eat, apart from 7/11, a lot of people are stuck for choice at 2-3-4am in the morning. For some reason they never take orders between 2.30-3am during the week. that conveniently happens to be when I finish work and sometimes mainly only on a Friday or Saturday you might be lucky for them to take an order during that time. Always turned away due to system upgrades, and or system updates ect. This technically makes them not 24/7 if they don’t take orders. Very hit and miss and frustrating. And this is not the only maccas that do this. They all conveniently go through the update at the same time. I don’t even bother now half because I’ve been turned away so many times.

Had lunch today at around 1.30pm and came through drive through and the customer service was so amazing!! The people were so nice and friendly! I didn’t get any of there names though which is a shame but I couldn’t believe how sweet they were! Well done Malvern Springs

Always double check when are you given your order from this Mc Donald’s. The last 3 times we were only given half of what we ordered. Very bad. Managers are always happy to be on their phone and chatting among themselves instead of focusing on serving people or helping the production line to get the order ready.
