Pretty good but inconsistent with the quality ie. tonight we got large cokes but got them about 2 thirds filled, asked to get them filled more but pretty sure they just put in more ice. I will give the benefit of the doubt that they were running low on coke but still, they didn’t say so and didn’t say that they could only give us a smaller size that charges less when they only gave like an extra 25c of ice when it was an extra like $2.40 for the larges. Still over all 2-3 stars out of five.

Going against the main opinion here. For starters, it’s a McDonald’s, not a luxury restaurant, that’s a given. However, this one is open 24 hours, the staff in my experience are quite lovely, and I’ve never had any issues getting my order. No McDonald’s is going to be perfect but this is one of the better ones.

Since the recent renovation, improvements weren’t limited to just the restaurant interior. Customer Service seems to have had an upgrade too with staff meeting customers’ needs in a timely, efficient and pleasant manner. Also, the improved Menu offers a variety of options to a broader customer base.

Who ever served us at drive through at 11am, 27th Aug Sun, had terrible customer service and work ethic. She spoke rudely to our mother and even rolled her eyes. This isn’t a good look for the business. On top of that, we received missing orders

We use this maccas because it’s closest but we will now be willing to go further. Every single time we come here the food is cold, the wait times are incredibly long for no reason, most of the staff is rude and bad at their jobs and food is always missing. I’ve had times where I’ve ordered a coffee, waited 20 min and it’s wrong or cold. I’ve had times where I’ve ordered full meals for multiple people and not only were the orders wrong and one was missing half its order but they charged me twice. I’ve seen staff yelling, making fun of customers and being straight out rude. Half their machines are always down, they won’t take all orders sometimes and they don’t even make frappes anymore. I don’t know why it took us this long to stop going there because over the years we’ve never had a single good experience or decent food

Really hit and miss in terms of hot fresh products. Sometimes it’s great, other times like tonight 8pm chips were cold and unseasoned, they left out our nugget sauces and quarter pounder instead of double quarter pounder. When 2 large meals costs $40+ these days we expect a little better!

Usual drive through service but reasonably quick. Order was what I ordered but Coke was spilling out top making cup very messy, fries nearly cold even though I was only 2 minutes before eating. Poor construction of Fillet of Fish and very messy looking. A little care from the staff would be great. 7/10 on the day.

Honestly super disgusting. I came home and my burger was no joke coated in BQQ sauce. Like absolutely lathered in BQQ sauce. Was not enjoyable. Very annoyed.

We got there at 2:45am, they said they were doing the registers and said they would be back up by 3am, so we came back at 3:10am, said they were still doing the registers, and would be done in 10 minutes, waited another 15 minutes, went back at 3:25am, still doing it. Don’t have a problem but making us come back 4 times times, either tell us you aren’t able to serve us or give us an actual time to come back. Not waste our time.
