Weird thing to review but after 4 years of going here on trips to brisbane the service from the take away staff always blows my mind! They are always happy and have never had an order wrong. Considering they are a very busy store I have never waited too long. The managers must be doing a good job to keep the staff happy and positive

Came by to grab something to eat in the middle of our long drive and as expected on a public holiday, it was very busy. I think I waited near an hour for a coke and a burger and it was cold by the time I actually got it. I just wanted to give praise to Taylor the restaurant manager (I believe) because she did very well in handling mistakes others made and frustrated customers. She kept her calm and just did her job. Amazing work, keep it up ! I wasn’t upset about my wait because she was clearly trying to sort it out. I was just impressed ♀️

McDonalds is my go to for a coffee. Pulled into this one. Needed some assistance with ordering a refill coffee. The team leader told the staff member in quite an abrupt way to put the order through. Took ages. The Team Leader shoved my cup on the bench. I was not called out. I just grabbed it. To add to the experience the coffee was full of froth and a small mouthful of coffee. Very unprofessional for a Team Leader to act this way. The staff member may have been learning. Years of experience in customer service proves encouragement gets the best out of staff. May be the Team Leader needs a refresher. I also recently attended the Gympie McDonalds and could not fault them.

The most atrociously dirty McDonald’s I ever stepped foot in. The assistant manager on shift was very dismissive when informed of the lack of toilet paper in 3 of the 5 women’s toilets. I won’t describe the mess but GOOO!
