Never once have they got our order right even though it is clearly on the docket and screens in front of them. Very poor customer service, counter staff would rather chat with each other than serve you. Food is ok for fast food quality I guess but use the amenities at your own peril. I’d recommend going across the road to KFC or HJs down the highway instead. I’ll be avoiding McDonald’s anywhere if this passes as their standards

Line up at drive-through was insane. One person trying their best to service two lanes just wasn’t cutting it. Manager should have stepped in to take one of the lanes. 15mins isn’t fast food.

Food was served quickly and hot and order was correct but the place was filthy and we wish we’d had the option to take our food away but at the time we didn’t and had to eat there. I had to wait ages for anyone to acknowledge I was at the counter when all I wanted was for the table to be cleaned. I was given the sanitiser spray to clean it myself. So glad we just were passing through the town as we personally would never return here for food.
