Kasey Mari rawson Harris was very enthusiastic about serving me. I think she was even foaming at the mouth. At first I thought it was rabies but turns out she just got a little too excited. She said the ice cream machine wasn’t working but then gave me an ice cream. Where did it come from I don’t know? Anyway excellent service, a bit strange but enjoyable nonetheless. I don’t know about the growling and no shoes. It turned me off my Big Mac. I bought up her mother in conversation and she burst. She blew up all over the counter. I didn’t mind. 9/10 deserves a raise.

Often order through uber eats after late finishes from work. More then often the order is wrong. Pay for a DBL qtr pounder and most likely you will receive a pounder. Ordered 6 times this year and they got it right 3 times. Other then that the burger was good

We lined up here at 1205h in the drive through. The staff let 3 customers through the opposite lane without us getting a reaponse, we headed through to the window and let the young lady know about being passed up in line ao many times. Our comment still wasnt acknowledged. Then proceeded to ask us what we ordered. My maccas app had just crashed she said we cant help without the app open for the deal i wanted and i could wait in the waiting bay for the manager. We waited no manger showed… horrible service guys…

Absolutely disgusted and appalled by the service. The person at the drive thru window was on their phone the whole time he was talking to me then got my order wrong, then when I asked for the order I paid for he argued with me over what he put in the bag? I have never been treated like this at a McDonalds.

Came through the drive thru, member of staff taking our order had a very rude tone with us which made us feel uncomfortable. After receiving our order it was wrong, and an item was missing that we paid for.

KATRINA has some poor customer service and was rude as I picked up my burger at around 1:45am on Tuesday morning. She just handed the order without saying anything at all. When asked for a tomato sauce, she said I should’ve “ordered” it from where I ordered my burger and she walked away as I was still talking to her. I hope KATRINA’s poor customer service will get better and won’t let her team down.

Night shift staff were super friendly, as I’d come in very early. The tables weren’t cleared, floods were dirty, toilets were gross. Toasted sandwich and iced long black were good, but how can you get that wrong? As I went to leave I decided to buy a bottle of water. I tried to use the self service method, which priced the water at $3:70. It said my order had been placed but provided no receipt. I went to the counter and asked for a bottle of water and was rudely asked for $3.95. I politely pointed out that I tried to use the self service menu which priced it at $3.70. I was again rudely told $3.95. Nothing else. No please or thank you. Yes, it’s “only” $0.25, but add that up over hundreds of customers… do the maths. The attitude that went with it was spellbinding. Any wonder that they’re recruiting.

Massive thumbs down to the sour male manager at the Cairns City McDonalds . It took 10 minutes to get an order of 10 nuggets and a mcflurry together. One of the girls made the mcflurry pretty much as soon as the order went in and it sat on the bench until the nuggets were packed. I asked for a fresh one as it had been sitting there for 10 minutes. I was met with attitude straight up, grabbed it and threw it in the bin, then came back with a replacement that was filled half way, stabbed a spoon in it and slid it towards me. He needs a massive lesson in customer service. He did not even speak to me. If McDonalds promote sooky people like him, they are doomed. I wont be going back there, dont need attitude like that.
