Ordered two B&E McMuffins & two coffees. Food was cold, counter staff member said she would have to ask cook, cook said ok for replacement but I would have to go on the “wait” list. So I duly waited while cook moved things around, cleaned up and did other non-cooking jobs. Eventually cook made replacement food, then food sat for a few minutes in packaging area unattended, I then asked counter person if that was my food waiting, could she pass it to me.

Went to drive thru. Ordered two large coffees one extra hot and a cheese toastie. Had to pull to the side and wait. While waiting four cars behind me already have their order while waiting for 10mins. The cheese toastie when I received was all messy and the coffees where messed up. Got a medium coffee and large coffee not extra hot. Have to go in and ask to correct them.

Paid a fortune for rubbish food that has shrunk over past 10 years. Just so disappointed. Even the carpark was a mess, obviously staff never tidy or hose down.

3 times we’ve visited and all 3 times girl in the first window didn’t want to be there, 2nd time got a cheese burger that made me terribly sick, today asked for an ice coffee on coconut milk they don’t have that so got oat milk 1 ice cube was in it when it was handed to me warm, not nice, went back in the evening no ice cream, no frozen drinks so went to Hungry Jack’s who have great customer service.
