It was a quiet time in drive through. Asked to pull a park – ordered 3 small sundaes and large chips? 15min later food arrived. Questioned why so long. Told ice cream machine was funky? Asked why didn’t you let me know of delay as I could have cancelled order.. got home… hot fudge was cold fudge.. chips were not even cooked – raw potato, soggy and cold.. Not the first time I’ve been to this store and the quality of food has been terrible. Not my top 5 family takeaway to go to but toddler wanted maccas fries… disappointed toddler… Need to do better please.

Pretty good tbh, the building itself is a bit run down (even though the furnishings look relatively new???) and the service took a bit of time, which is understandable since drive-thru is the priority. Overall, pretty good!

30 minute wait (so far at the time I’m typing) for a Cheeseburger. The girl serving (wearing a black hoodie, no name tag and no interest in Customer Service) had no desire to get the order sorted. When we complained about the length of time it’s taking for “fast food” we were told the delay is because they had a full drive thru and delivery orders. They get priority even if they are in after us.

waited over 40 minutes just for chips to be soggy, cold and plain. Burger was room temperature and starting to get soggy on the bottom, ice in drink was melted and chocolate shake was melting and not cold. Absolutely awful service, will not be ordering from here again.

Burgers are always messy as if they chucked it all in and didn’t care. Considering the amount the meals cost, they could spend a few more seconds making sure the burgers don’t look sloppy and falling to peices in the burger box. And they need more sauce as they are always dry taste. The chips have been oily and soggy.

Long wait Just to get the order wrong, drinks taste like dish water, burger was slapped together and falling apart, chips completely unsalted. The young girl wasn’t at the window so we assumed we have to go to the next window for her to magically appear and be rude asking us to drive back around. Overall awful service, the one near Main Street is way better.

I ordered bbq bacon angus burger last night. I like to remove onion from my burger but they removed bacon. I spend 11.40 bucks to get the burger without bacon. I got a really soggy chips as well. This is not the first time that I have suffered a very bad service in here. I will not come back anymore.
