So this has been my go-to Maccas for my late nights at work. They’re quick, easy and I hadn’t had an issue.. except lately I’ve had very poor experience. The past few times I’ve gone; large chips are half filled (much like a small portion – this happened three times) there has been SOOOO much sauce on cheeseburgers (it was soggy), and tonight my cheese burger was coated in so much salt & pepper I couldn’t get through it (the bottom on the patty was visibly black from pepper). I usually look forward to this specific McDonald’s after a long day but I haven’t had the greatest time 🙁

One of the newest in the area and continually pump out ordinary food that harks back to the days of Styrofoam trays and stale, pre-prepared burgers on the racks. Uber Eats orders seem to suffer especially. The last few have been Ohh Kayy… Todays was shocking. Only the Flat White was decent. Wont be ordering from this store again. Any other Maccas than the one on Bucannan Rd.

I am deeply appalled by the behaviour of the bigger blonde girl/lady manager during my recent visit. Not only did I witness her being consistently rude and condescending to her crew members, but her complete disregard for their well-being was shocking. It’s utterly unacceptable for a manager to create a hostile and demoralizing work environment. I strongly urge McDonald’s to take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that their employees are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve.

Day crew can’t even correctly follow a build card. Big Mac- heel, 15ml Mac sauce, 14g shredded lettuce mix, cheese slice, 10:1 meat patty, big Mac club, 15ml Mac sauce, 14g shredded lettuce mix 2x regular pickles (3 x small), 10:1 meat patty, big Mac crown. Service is absolutely appalling. A friend ordered through the maccas app late at night. When she got there she was told there was a system update and that she had to back out of the drive thru! No offer of a refund at a later time and wasn’t told a rough time as to when the system would be up and running again. AND the complaints section of the website isn’t working either!

Ordered tomato and cheese toastie and salt. It was given to another customer then passed on to me. Cold and no salt. When back in and asked for a fresh one. Hope they didn’t just reheat it. The staff in the kitchen looked like they were not sure what to do.

Ordered the new ‘Deluxe Iced Coffee’, one Hazlenut and the other White Chocolate. I’m sure the flavourings weren’t used in either because they both tasted the same like plain iced coffee. Also, small shakes for almost $5 is an absolute rip job.
