Fast service. Chips were really hot but burgers and wrap Luke warm. Meant to be crispy chicken wrap. Unfortunately more soggy than crispy. Ate only as hungry. And no time to go back to complain and ask for a hot one. The hot chips helped. Not the best McDonald’s.

What can I say it’s McDonald’s. They are clean and tidy. Toilets can always see a bit more attention but what maccas doesn’t it probably just as popular as a toilet stop as a food stop. But food is same quality as anywhere else. It’s not bad, it’s not great but it’s food. Although it the current food climate it’s not the cheapest option but do grab the app to get 20% off.

Just tried the plant based burger. Not bad at all, tried it with the dairy cheese and Mayo but think that vegan options would have been better. Plenty of affordable and easily obtainable alternatives for these so please consider. Not for vegans but fine for vegetarian alternative to meat.

Staff are consistently, and I believe deliberately, leaving things out of orders. You have to argue with them to get sauces that are supposed to be part of your order, and they frequently ‘forget’ food items, and deliver foul attitudes and insulting responses. Nothing short of a pack of thieves that have no place in hospitality or customer service. I have given McDonalds far too many chances – no more.

At exactly 3:58am last night, I ordered a cheese burger happy meal, with extra onions, and a big mac without cheese, and a mc chicken by itself. The mchicken was fine probably because it had to be made fresh, the cheese burger however had so much onion on it, it would of weighed the same amount as the whole burger, was cold, and the big Mac was cold, only the mc chicken was edible, and because of that a very excited child was crushed when they weren’t able to eat. I have lodged a complaint and received a refund, however this is not an isolated incident, and has happened multiple times to many people I know. This sort of behaviour goes against not only mcdonalds personal code of ethics but even ohs legislation, I would like the people who are responsible for this held accountable, and if not I question your validity to operate as a business. Until someone is held accountable I will continue to try get this out there in any form of media I can

They still offer $2 burgers even though they show up on their menu as $3.95 or near that price. When you finalise your order, it will amend itself back to $2. Great little snack for later whether it be for the kids or grown ups afterwards. Enjoy…. bYzA : )
