Great customer service, the only tiny challenge is that they don’t usually accept cash, (they will if you insist). But the self serving machines are very easy to use, and quick. Staff work at drive through are amazing, friendly, patient and always smiling.

So came in with my lad 2/8/23 @ 10pm the joint was flat out. The staff did an awesome job getting meals out and even with being so busy were still extremely polite and helpful when the 13 yr old couldn’t make a decision. Cheers all.

Worst maccas experience. Mcmuffin was burnt, brekkie burger was both dry and dripping with oil, iced latte was all syrup. The hash browns and nuggets were the only good thing and the restaurant was absolutely disgusting! Won’t be back.

Went to the counter to order as I only had cash. Had the manager keep telling me to use their ordering machines. As I said to her several times I am paying with cash so I can’t use the machines. After 15 minutes she decided to organise someone to serve me. Ordinary and lazy staff members especially from a manager.

I made the long drive to Mooroopna for a dirty cup of what ever the hell they call that! Dirty water would be the best description for their so called cappuccino. The store was also that bloody noisy I can almost forgive them for not adding sugar to my cappuccino order.
