Clean and tidy, family friendly environment with friendly service staff. The only complaint is that there was no salt on the fries, but other than that it is a good place to go for a quick meal. I believe it’s like all places, especially tourist towns, they all have their busy periods which is difficult for everyone, the patrons and the staff.

Me and my work pals come down for a bite to eat this morning , music was absolutely pumping such a good vibe, waited on my order to be called heard the number called before and after mine , when this little exercise ball with a tone called out my items but not my number I approached the counter , she seems to be lacking in the neck department but I feel like it may of been a defence mechanism like a turtle because the expression on her face said she was preparing for war , the roll of the eyes and the sass was the first attack damaging my health -50 points , I retreated from the counter but even then she was relentless , her laser death stare burning the back of my head as I ran for my life , I’ve never been so worried for my safety.

the McDonald’s drive in Echuca yesterday around 1:45pm whereby I ordered a soft serve cone. The young chap at the pay window was polite and courteous. However, when I arrived at the delivery window I wasn’t greeted at all, I was handed my soft serve cone and it was appalling, hardly any ice cream whatsoever and it was lopsided. I asked the young fellow politely if he could top it up. He laughed and said no, drive on and slammed the window in my face. This left me infuriated and angry. If this is the type of service Echuca McDonald’s prides itself on them it’s a poor reflection on McDonald’s. This young fella at the delivery window had no idea who I was and to be laughed at and have the window slammed in my face was insulting. This young fella needs to be retrained in good customer service to represent McDonald’s as it should be.

I personally love it here not because of the food, i mean it’s good but your employees…. Holy smokes, god created some gorgeous specimens. I think i might transfer here!! The hot guy in kitchen and the cute boy at counter have a staring problem however i ain’t complaining. 😉

To be honest, I rarely go to Macca’s these days. I only went today because my sisters wanted frappes and Macca’s the only place in town where we can get them. But honestly, I now remember why I rarely go here. The food isn’t bad, but let’s be honest, the drinks are the only reason most people go here these days.

Absolutely disgusting service , or lack of by the manager today. Shouldn’t be in a management position if you lack customer service, manners and have no clue how to deal with conflict that arises. After waiting 25 minutes in drive thru, we then waited at the window to pay…. for another 5 minutes…. while the girl at the window stared at us and when we held card up to ” pay by inserting card” she still stood there. Eventually opening the window. After telling the girl to have some customer service and perhaps speak or smile she shut the window. We then waited another 5 minutes at pay window and seen our ice cream already sitting melting… we’d ordered 20 minutes earlier.. waiting with everyone else in the line. The manger then come to the window to tell us she was not serving us as we’d spoken to her worker inappropriately- not the case. After it was explained she then stood there with nothing to say, but her worker was “disabled “. As a person who works with disabled people I’ll tell you now her worker wasn’t the problem here. Neither was her disability. poor management and unprofessionalism was a joke..
