Asked for a McFlurry and they said the machine wasn’t working ( typical ), then soon after saw another person receive a McFlurry! Then the woman handing out the food was speaking unbelievably quiet and you couldn’t even hear her calling the numbers. Went up as I hadn’t received my order, and they said “We have been waiting for you” in a rude voice.

Not usually one to put a review on a McDonald’s of all places – but Natalie was truely what i believe customer service should be. Her tone, her efficiency and her ability to have a little moment the the customer really turned my day around. Just goes to show what a smile and a few McNuggets can do.
