If I could give a zero I would. This is my first time in my life to give a negative feedback. I was never treated the worst like the way I did at McDonalds Quakers hill. I will never come back here again. I am writing this shortly after the incident. If you are black person please don’t go there for your own peace. There are teenagers there and possibly an adult they were laughing at me they did the worst to me. The spoke to me in a rude way. They were mocking me saying they can’t hear my accent when I was asking for a receipt. Mind you I work in a diverse environment where we speak English and everyone understands me. It really pained me, i always hear that there is racism out there but I experienced it today. The manager of this restaurant should really do something. This is not right! We are all humans let’s treat each other fairly.

This is the worst store in Sydney. I thought I was the first person to receive unfriendly treatment, but only after reading the comments did I realize how bad they were. I hope the director of this company can realize that these two employees have treated customers with such a bad attitude more than once in the evening!

I ordered via the app to this store. I was in the car park when I ordered so I didn’t think it would be ready for a little while, but I went in anyway. To my surprise the order was ready and sitting on the counter for me. The staff were super prompt and very nice. The store was clean and tidy and the bathrooms looked well looked after. The food was hot and fresh. The coffee was a little lack luster and could have been a bit hotter. Overall, a good store to visit.
