This has been one of the worst maccas experiences ever, the workers other then the manager have no clue what there doing, they gave us our order with cold food and 5 missing items, one of our large drinks had about 1/3 of it filled and yet when we order it took 25 mins to get our order. With also burgers half wrapped so they fell out when picking them up. Only thing that was redeemable was the fact the place was clean. Very disappointing

coming home to bonville and stopped by to try the new cheesy range menu, but when i’m home and want to eat, turns out the angus one not get the fried cheese the only reason that i buy the menu just for that and it’s too late to ask for replace, the other was right even the chicken one.

Probably the worst food and service Thursday night, ordered +$50 and got cold food because they were waiting on the drinks, took food back and told them it was cold and they looked at us funny…. hello. Unbelievable, thought blowns plains was bad!!!

2 weeks ago on Saturday we ordered and paid from the online Maccas app and selected pickup from restaurant, when we got there they were already closed but drive thru was still open so when we asked one of the staff told us we should pick up from the drive thru and go back to the line. When it was our turn the girl on the drive thru couldn’t help us and called her manager, manager came with our order in an aggressive manner and handed it to us saying ‘we will not be serving you again this is the last time’ it was our first time there. also we didn’t have any bad intentions and we already paid for our food but still was approached with a terrible attitude. I told him that they should turn the system off for online pick up orders if that’s the case and they won’t serve us and it is completely their fault. Horrible customer service experience and burgers tasted like wood. Wish I could give 0 stars

this place is disgraceful. absolutely horrible, filthy. the wait here is INSANELY LONG. had to wait over 10 minutes for a soft serve cone. unacceptable. the place was disgusting, not enough sauce on the burgers even when adding extra, buns are stale, meat is cold, service is horrible and rude. nothing here is good.
