Normally I wouldn’t leave feedback like this but my experience must be told. First we got the wrong order 3 times I might add with a 47 minute wait for a medium Mac Chicken and a chicken & cheese meal Then our Food was cold, terrible customer service when we approached the manager to explain & complain. Instead of apologising they wore quick to blame something or someone else just a simple sorry would of been fine. Never again!!! Your better off starving.

Grafton McDonalds was filthy, bins overflowing, tables all dirty, customers cleaning tables themselves so they could sit somewhere, no staff had been cleaning tables or emptying bins obviously. Not sure how the franchisee could be proud of this nor can I understand how McDonalds allows this to happen.
