Established in 1983 by Swiss trained chef Richard Maisano, Masani’s dishes are seasonally inspired by the best Australian produce. Set in classic European surrounds, Masani’s hospitality draws on Richard’s Italian heritage and Melbourne’s dining culture. Complimented by affable service and a global collection of fine wines and beverages from an award winning wine list.
