Love ma’s pizza however, I placed an online order and paid for it only to be called to say they didn’t have the pasta in stock. Offered a garlic bread instead, that doesn’t even equate to the price of the pasta. Clearly their stock levels are not accurate when ordering online. Now I have to wait 5-6 business days for a refund. I was keen to try their pasta for the first time but won’t be ordering another..

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered a hawiian 15inch pizza., Three pieces had no, none what so ever of either ham or pineapple, the rest had an average of one to two pieces of pineapple and a few strands of ham. I’m sure they mixed up the ingredients for the smallest one man pizza, and even then, were light on. May as well have ordered a cheese pizza.

I’ve always been a fan of Ma’s but the last two times has been ridiculous. A couple of weeks ago I ordered for delivery and 20 minutes past delivery time I rang the store and said I’d pick it up myself as I was told the delivery driver wouldn’t get to us for 30 minutes. Got there to pick it up and it wasn’t even ready. Tonight, I ordered at 515pm for a 7pm delivery. At 720pm I rang the store asking how far away it was and was told “a little bit” and when I questioned this and said we are leaving to go out at 8pm and want dinner before we go, I was told “yeah well it will definitely be there by 8”. When it arrived at 735pm, it was cold and soggy and extremely underwhelming! Pretty disappointing considering it was late, cold, expensive and terrible service considering how often we eat from there.

Really disappointed! Used to be a massive lover of these pizzas but over the last 6months the pizzas have been awful! I think I’ll try domino’s from now on at least I’ll pay half the price for same quality!!! Couldn’t even eat the 4 pizzas we brought tonight not even the kids enjoyed them like usual

Unfortunately having to wait an hour for pizza has completely ruined my experience here, especially when you ring to see if it’s ready and get told it is so go in to collect to then be told it is still cooking! Very disappointing

I admit the last couple of times we’ve ordered from Ma’s it didn’t seem to be made with the excellence of earlier times, BUT… the pizza’s we ordered tonight were absolutely AMAZING. Online ordering went seamlessly – I love the new style ordering. The pizza’s were BELLISSSSIMMMAAAAA! We ordered butchers block on thin base; Ham and pineapple with extra pineapple on bbq sauce on thin base and the reef and beef on the thin base, and they were absolutely delicious. We collected from the store.
