Over an hour and a half hour wait for two mains. Restaurant favoured Uber eats and take away orders than the patrons dining in so no point turning up to the venue. Manager and staff seemed completely unorganised and unapologetic. I haven’t experienced this type of poor service in a very long time

The service was not very good at this place, waited over 20 minutes just for starters and drink order to be placed. Did not get checked up on to order more food or drinks so we left after the starters. Spent over $100 and the food was not the best, the chicken was dry definitely not a pleasant experience.

My partner & I got takeaway. We got the chicken pad see ew, the chicken was dry and it had an overwhelming poultry flavour. My partner got the beer massaman curry and the flavour was nice but the meat was also dry. The roti was really good and the crab cakes were nice. The creme caramel was absolutely delicious. My partner got the black rice pudding and we didn’t even eat it because of the flavour. We paid around $120 for this. Not happy and definitely won’t be going back.

Had chicken pad see eew and a peroni, it was very whitewashed- no spicies, not chilies. Asked for a plate of chilies and dumped it all in, still lacking flavour (they charged me $3 for chilli!! Never heard of that in my life)

The food was delicious but the service was horrible ! The waitresses avoided you and did not take good care of you. Other tables had their water replaced and were checked in on but no one approached us and when she took our order or delivered they did not smile . Definitely need to employ friendlier people as we left feeling horrible and unwanted.

The food was delicious but the service was terrible. Cocktails took over 45 minutes to come out and was given the wrong cocktail to what I ordered. The waitresses didn’t know the menu and couldn’t answer simple questions regarding the dishes. We asked multiple times to order more drinks to be told they would send someone else to grab the drink order (to which no one ever did return to the table) our main meals came out at different times and was awkward eating separately. The staff were flustered and seemed inexperienced which let down the overall dining experience.
