I am a mad nexx eater but this is the worst experience ever. This is what I was served for a naked Burrito. They charged $14.50 for this, and there was barely anything. And the wait staff was very talking to me like I was soneone cheap. Extremely disappointed.

Every single time i come here i get the naked burrito and although it does taste nice they barely give you much at all. You pay $13 or so dollars for a regular but the serving size is like its the small size? Im sure rice isnt that expensive so a little bit more wouldnt hurt

I really don’t like leaving a bad review but I was left so disappointed today, I ordered on door dash – a combo for 1 burrito with chicken and mild salsa, chips with mild salsa and churros with chocolate, when I received my order the docket even had the wrong order (with my name) so they had clearly put my order in wrong on the system (photos down below) They gave me a veggie burrito with spicy salsa no churro and a water? I was at work so had to eat it as I had nothing else now my mouth is on fire! I really hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else

The quantity of food in the regular naked burrito served here is the same as the small is all other Mad Max stores. If you mention this to the staff, they get super defensive about it.

Food was alright but customer service can be a bit better. Not expecting to do a lot but a 5 min attention to get my order right and not rushing things would be great. I worked at fast food chains during my uni days and these small stuff can bring much difference. They didn’t toast my burrito and it was cold. I love Mad Mex but this time it wasn’t the experience I was looking for.

No chicken available. “Sorry we have no rice so we have lettuce as the base”. They tell you this after you wait in line for 10 minutes. But you still have to pay the extra $2 for the guacamole because they’re sorry but not that sorry. Oh and sure you can have corn chips for an extra $2 but no of course you can’t have salsa or any dips included that’s an extra $2 on top that they don’t tell you about until after you paid.
