Great food and conveniently located in the middle of the terminal, they have great variety while being reasonably priced, the staff were friendly and helpful and were quick in making the order, the drinks are slightly expensive and the staff did not inform of the card payment surcharge which is fine but it’s just that they charge extra and if you have cash it would be better of paying that way. Overall worth the stop in Terminal 2

Rubbish is a small word for this joint. Girl at counter with no smile on face & no customer service skills. Order regular Naked burrito, which was more of a small serve with 5 pieces of chicken. Portion size is too small with below average cold food. 6.50 for a Kombucha. Ridiculous!!! will never go here again.

Awful experience and definitely not like other mad mex locations I’ve been to. They need signs or something suggesting that items aren’t available before ordering. There was no Mexicali mince, no dairy free sauce, no corn/pineapple mix and NO GUACAMOLE! My naked burrito was a bland and dry mix of ingredients that ended up in the bin. I never would have started an order if I knew you were missing a huge amount of ingredients to choose from.

Overpriced, no burritos in the morning and the food was not tasty at all. After asking for a burrito, the girl almost rolling her eyes told me there are no burritos until 11… The portions are tiny and absolutely not the same as going to another MadMex. 3 stores away you can go to a kebab shop, way better options.
