The staff have definitely forgotten what good service is. No smiles, abrupt and while I was in there ordering coffee, it felt like I was wasting their time. I’ve given them a few goes just in case it was a one off bad experience but nope! They’re like that every time. Won’t be spending any more of my money there.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Ordered scrambled eggs and toast. The eggs were horrible and the toast was soggy from the water leaking from the scrambled eggs. Tried to return it and they just took the plate off me and did a full scale interrogation of what was wrong before walking away. Approached staff again and asked was I getting a refund as I now had no food. A woman at the counter was so rude and said she couldn’t understand me and was busy so wouldn’t be helping. Eventually got a refund. Genuinely disgraceful. Perhaps the 2.6/5 is too generous for this cafe.

Last time I come here. I normally come every Saturday and every single visit has been unpleasant. The staff are dismissive, rude and make you feel like you’re a bother. It’s a shame because the food is good — but I’m done being treated poorly. No excuse for poor service.

The menu was a disgrace dirty pages with prices scribbled out barely readable. The lady making the coffees works so hard but the arrogant male owner needs a lesson in customer service. Why he is in this line of business is beyond me.
