Dined on a Thursday night with a group of 7 out the back. Staff are friendly and helpful and trying their best, but are stretched too thin especially out back for how busy it was and how much seating is actually crammed into the areas. We were waiting for a friend and delayed ordering mains, but they took over an hour to come out once we eventually did order.

Best places for tacos in Melbourne. Not normally a fish guy but I got one of all the meat tacos and the fish taco was phenomenal, as well as the beef taco. Shoutout Bruno and his team, awesome banter and great service and recommendations. Easily the best night of food and cocktails I have had on my trip down here. Keep killing it y’all

We arrived for our booking at 6.30pm and were told we had the table til 8. No problem. Then they didn’t take our drinks/entree order until 7, then the entree arrived wayyyyy before the cocktails. The guacamole tasted like mothballs, was definitely old. And then we didn’t get our order taken until 7.40pm. By 8.20pm the tacos still hadn’t shown so we asked them to cancel and we left. Cocktails were below average. The addition of mezcal to a spritz did not work. The service truly sucked, seemed like nobody had worked in a restaurant before. We were only ever served because we flagged down staff. Such a weird joint. 2 stars for the interior though

Arrived at 6pm for my 6pm booking and was told to wait outside (it’s the middle of winter) until they finished their team meeting. Allowed in and told ‘ you guys are on this table until 7.45pm’. The food was good and cheap.

We were warned 45 mins into our booking time that we had to clear the table in half an hour’s time. We were then handed our bill and rushed out the door 20 mins later. This was despite it saying on OpenTable that the booking was for 1hr45m. Really disappointing as we had been here several times before the rebranding and had no such issues 🙁
