It looks like a typical cafeteria-style restaurant but serves some of the tastiest Vietnamese cuisine in the north. I had the wonton soup and enjoyed the addition of cabbage and pork slices; the chicken satay skewers had an unexpected (but welcomed) level of spice to them, and my main (grilled beef vermicelli salad) was a generous portion for the price.
