The place is situated at a nice location, with a table with the beautiful outlook to the harbour bridge. My friend and I tried the tasting menu with pairing wine. We got 2 sets of entrees, 2 sets of main, 1 set of dessert, and a glass of wine with each set. The food and drinks were really delicious, we were still full until dinner. The ambiance was relaxing and pleasant. Definitely will come back!

Service is great. Very friendly staff and very helpful too. I enjoy the atmosphere and great view from the window. However, the food is quite average and lack of flavours. We had the set menu in order to try different dishes, but food especially the curry is so bland in general.

A wonderful experience here and the food is amazing ❤️ because we are lack of experience we just got the seasonal menu and that fried kale as starter was just wonderful. Since I couldn’t eat lamb/goat so I got special food as well, that’s sweet! I really enjoyed Tandoori chicken and the prawn Madras with Naan, and thank you chef!! HAVE TO KNOW is about the garden where they get their own chili, menthe etc, just close to the restaurant, so lovely and unique.

What an absolute delight. The best Indian Food I’ve enjoyed in Sydney (ever) along with outstanding views and lovely service. We had Mango Lassi, Garlic Naan, Dosa Masala, Butter Chicken and Rice. Definitely will be going again.

True local Indian Restaurant in Lavender Bay which packs above its weight in cuisine, atmosphere and the experience of being within its space. Connected closely to the locals our menu also commemorated Peter Kingston a local artist who was also a constant regular. We had starters and ate from the vegetarian menu taking the opportunity to BYO our favourite Pinot. It’s been open forever but definitely go and eat here ending your night in the stars under the canopy of the Whiteley garden. For the romance wow factor 5 stars plus beautifully presented Indian food.
