I got out of my car and followed the smell to here and the food looked so good and was given a cheesecake which I really appreciated it totally turned my afternoon around eating this it was delicious and made me feel much better can’t wait to try the rest of the food looks so great and was fantastic friendly service

The Lady that works on the counter who said she owns the business has no customer service skills what so ever! And when her friend comes into her shop she’s all happy & smiley, but when we would ask her questions she wouldn’t even smile and just give one word answers which i find rude & disrespectful especially when it was my mother asking the questions, never going back there again until she learns how to treat her customers properly.

I love their fish and other sea food. Fish is always fresh at Langsu. They also well Island Cuisine. It is more of everything From baked dishes to fresh seafood fish, crabs, lobster’s, kina and much more. I can’t recall if they well bakings.it is Wheel Chair access. It is a family business. So if you are out and about why not call into this eatery and enjoy an island cuisine.

few relatives have been raving about the steak meals here, so while in the area we stopped in to check it out and get my dad some lunch had a quick peep thru window could see lights on and foils covering what i was hoping was hot food in the food warmer thingy so i walked back to the car and told my hubby n dad to come in… nek minit pushed n pulled door… it was locked, more frustrating was there was no signage anywhere suggesting whether they wld be back in 5, 10mins etc or even a display of opening days and times ♀️ a must for your shop you could be losing many new customers that don’t know ur operating hours, and probably wont try coming back

Customer service is really bad, they never smile or give you a warm welcome, and they always over charge you if you are unaware of their usual prices, however their food is delicious.

Ordered 3 cod and chips combo, one of the combos was missing the fish altogether and the size of the fish was like only quarter of a regular size cod, for the cost of $30 i will not be going back and definitely not recommended this place at all.
