We visited here about 3 weeks ago for fish and chips and potato scollops – they didn’t have any mushy peas or curry sauce. Fish was mushy and disgusting but the scollops were lovely, we gave it another try tonight but before ordering I told them about the mushy fish last time and she said they changed to snapper 2 weeks ago – I must say our fish tonight was soooo nice! Big white flakes of tasty fish, light crispy batter and the scollops were nice too. Still no peas or curry sauce and the chips are frozen (didn’t like them last time so didn’t bother getting any this visit)

Agree with the recent reviews of the place since new owner took over, food was rubbish fish wasn’t even cooked properly and the chips were were smaller than what the previous owner had. Not happy. Go to Batter Fish and Chips Canning Vale they do much better fish and chips.

Ordered what i thought was a snapper and chip and 4 potato scallops on uber eats cost $ 40 for food and delivery which is not bot but i only got the fish and the scallops no chips i rang the joint the manager was no help she said she cant help me . So got no chips and cold fish and rubber scallops. If i was you guys dont order anything from there . You guys want good fish and chips ( kims fish and chips are really good ) not very happy at all with this place if i could rate them a 0000 i would

I ordered the fisherman’s basket, everything was cooked perfectly and prepared quickly. Well priced. Would recommend they never disappoint.

The food was an edible the fish etc was dark brown that is because the oil needs to be changed and the chips were soggy sadly we had to throw it out, definitely not coming back

Have been using this chippy for 20+ years, and was very disappointed with my Best of British. The fish fillet looked a funny colour and had no taste and looks like they have also changed how they make the batter. Probably wont go back

Got order wrong asked for extra chicken salt no salt at asked for crumbed chicken and cheese and got a beef cheese sausage make it work chips weren’t cooked properly and the sausage was over cooked pritty much charcoal

Love this slay place, love the fries especially they’re so crisp. Also I’m forever grateful for one of the employees there, I forgot to ask for her name but she was tall and wore glasses. I was getting mugged and they almost drowned me in the deep fryer, but the employee went absolute maniac mode, and saved me. I’m forever grateful. All this happened while maniac played in the background…
