Have visited only once, spontaneous lunch outing. It was a weekday afternoon, we were the only customers, to start with we felt the lady (unsure if she is the owner or works there) serving us was not friendly when we first entered, but eventually we had a very good customer service experience. Very friendly, we had some questions about serve size etc, she gave good suggestions to help us chose better. I had the traditional vegetarian pizza and husband had the chicken tandoori I think it was. We both like our pizzas, and will go again.

These backward people refused to serve my girlfriend something from the kids menu even though I was ordering a full and proper meal plus an entree. The arrogance and stupidity was an absolute outrage.

The chicken risotto was excellent at Lago Fino, however they were a little bit stingy on the parmesan cheese. The salad reminded me of indigestion in a container as they were heavy handed on the dressing & the tomoato and cucumbers were cut way to big. The fish was cooked to perfection and the cream sauce for the fish was excellent. Chips were cooked well, however a little bit cold for my liking. The staff were friendly, the facility wad clean and prices reasonable. Overall personally i give Lago Fino, 3 stars out of 5.

Ordered the garlic prawns takeaway and by the time i got home it was still that so hot that i had to wait another nearly 30 minutes to eat it, it was obviously microwaved and it reminded me of a slop that prisoners get served in jail in the movies. Flavourless.
