Quaint little restaurant with very authentic atmosphere. We really enjoyed the small antipasto platter to share as an entree. For mains I enjoyed the Gnocci which was beautiful and soft however I found the cheese flavour a little strong. My partner enjoyed the seafood linguine. The flavours were excellent, the seafood was beautiful and the only detractor was that the shrimp were not peeled. As for drinks it is again very authentic with a range of Italian wine, beer and soft drinks, no spirits. Overall a terrific experience and definitely recommended.

Lovely little Authentic Italian restaurant. Staff are lovely and accommodating to dietry restrictions. Gnocchi is the softess and best we have ever had at any Italian restaurant. Top class food, Affogato is beautiful and the brownie is to die for

Greeted by Alessandro, we were off to a fun start, we had great corner for us to relax. I was guided with the drinks selections as I was unfamiliar with the Italian regions and their offerings, this did not disappoint. The servers were polite and the timing was perfect. I loved my dish and got to taste others equally wonderful! Perfectly prepared taste sensations topped off by deserts that were delightfully presented and tasted SO good. I suggest that you take the time to savor the food as it was so good it could easily be wolfed down and the love with which it is made missed. Thank you La Lanterna

I had dinner at La Lanterna with my partner a few nights ago and we both could not have been happier! The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was nice and relaxed and the owners were charming, funny and always making sure we were happy with everything. Overall it was an amazing dinner experience that I will recommend to all my friends! A must try if you love Italian food and good company 🙂

We had an amazing time at La Lanterna! The service and food were both impeccable! Can not fault it at all. We were in a large group and the staff did amazing remembering all of our food and drink orders and were so lovely and friendly. Special shout out to Nick! He handled our table like a champion even with all of our questions. Will gladly recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Keep up the good work <3
