The staff are always quite lovely. Added to the fact this has been our regular spot for an obscene amount of time. However, they are always quite attentive, both in cleanliness and customer service. The food is consistent in quality and taste, and for the price point, atmosphere and service I can say it is well worth the visit. Do bare in mind though not to have overzealous expectations, as I would say this place has more of a culmination of pros. Summery being its good portions for the price and quality, aka a good mid-range restaurant with exemplary service.

Delicious, quality Japanese food!!! First of all, their takoyaki tasted heavenly – a must-try!! I also really enjoyed their tempura udon – the noodles were nice and bouncy and the broth tasted beautiful! The tempura was also lovely (especially the sweet potato ones hehe) and came with an interesting salty matcha powder on the side. My friend ordered the salmon poke bowl and really liked it. She said all of the elements of the dish complimented one another really nicely! The staff were polite and friendly 🙂

Very delicious food and amazing at atmosphere. I absolutely loved the food and the drinks were amazing. I personally enjoyed the chicken kastu curry and the udon was so juicy and tasty. The dessert was personally my favourite, and the matcha flavours mixed with the sweet cream was like a bird perched on my tongue and started singing. The base of the cake was the cherry on top, and really brought the dessert together. Overall I would visit again every time I go to Eastland.

Next best matcha delights I can have in Oz. Of course you can only find the best in Kyoto, Japan where we can’t go everyday , not even every year. The staff are friendly and the price of the food is surprisingly competitive. Definitely a place I can be a regular

Nice atmosphere. Food 5/5 very abundant and tasty. I loved the teriyaki chicken Don. Besides, it was rapidly serves which I find it very good. The waitress wasn’t very nice though, that would be my only complaint but I will definitely come back.

Been meaning to come here for some time, was very pleased to eat here. Their menu is decent and the food is pretty tasty, the red bean matcha tea was very refreshing. The Price was not too bad.
