i walk down to the waterfront to eat my kfc in the sun (didn’t give me a bag for my food either), and sit down to find no aioli in my meal, when i paid extra for it and specifically asked for it. I waited 20 minutes to receive my food and find a bug in my potato and gravy after walking all this way. disgusting.

Staff seem to do their best here but always appear to be understaffed. Wait time are typically 10 minutes and that’s after standing in line for 5 minutes to order. Food is surprisingly average considering wait times. Avoid the lines and order online.
